Refund policy

 

30 DAYS RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

1. E-mail us at support@nailak.com with your Order ID

2. No need to fill out long forms, simply explain in your words the reason for return

3. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours  

4. The product must be returned in its original, new, unopened form unless it was initially received broken/damaged

5. Once received and examined, a full refund will be issued back to the same form of payment.

Note: shipping cost is not refundable.

6. We charge no restocking or any other fees, your refund would be full

7. The 30 days period starts after your tracking number shows as delivered to your place of residence.
